At our school, we deeply value the thoughts, experiences and insights of our families and children.We bring together the feedback we receive through surveys, conversations and daily interactions, helping us celebrate what we do well and understand how we can continue to grow. By listening carefully to both parents, pupils, staff and governors we ensure that every decision we make reflects the needs of our community and supports the best possible outcomes for our children.

Each year we invite parents and carers to share their experiences through our Parent Survey. This helps us understand what we are doing well and identify areas we can continue to strengthen. The March 2026 survey has received an excellent response, giving us a clear picture of the Orchard experience from a parent’s perspective.

• I really appreciate the support from the school and a huge shout out the breakfast club and after school club teams; they are so approachable and it is wonderful seeing how enthusiastic they are with students. I love seeing them greet our son in the mornings.
